FH has completed the supply of medication trolleys, stainless steel instrument trolleys, medication cabinets and IV poles for the first NATO “standard role” field hospital.
This will be based at the Cecchignola military citadel in Rome, and was presented to the Army’s Chief of Staff on January 19. A total of five identical hospitals will be based in different locations in Italy. They will be deployed by the Italian Army, ready to be used for peacekeeping operations or humanitarian assistance and disaster relief. These hospitals are modular and complex structures, with triage, emergency room, patient wards, operating theatres, laboratories and a pharmacy.
